European Delivery Note
From 1 January 2021, mail items containing goods will be customs cleared when imported to the destination country. This is a single item postal clearance. Taxes and duties (if applicable) usually have to be paid by the recipient, along with any customs-related fees. We Top Labels Online will not be responsible for such charges.
Shipping by UK post office, and only to VERIFIED ADDRESS or when address is added to the final billing. Package handling only takes 2 business days at our warehouse, so please make sure entering correct payment and shipping information before checking out.
Once your payment is completed, we are not going to accept any more changes to your order.
Any address that needs changing, please make a note on the payment or sent an email before the payment to confirm the address. Orders placed on weekend will be shipped within 2 days.
As a buyer, it is your duty to pay the tax when you make an order from abroad. Our price does not include taxes, VAT, or other hidden charges.
Once you have received confirmation that your order has been dispatched you can expect it to arrive with 5 - 7 days.
For deliveries, outside of the UK please allow 7 - 10 days for delivery.
Please note we must allow 15 working days before we can class your item as lost.
Most of our items are too big to fit through a standard letterbox. If you are not at home when delivery is attempted, you should receive a Royal Mail or Courier 'Something for you' card saying you missed an item being delivered. Please follow the instruction on the card to retrieve you parcel.
For International orders please refer to your local postal company for their standard procedure, in case this differs to the UK.
We deliver worldwide.
Bank Holidays are not classed as working day, so we don't include these in our estimated delivery times. In this instance, you should expect delivery on the next working day.
We will post your items together if the total weight of the parcel is less than 2 kg. Postage for items shipped overseas is charged per item. This is to ensure a more efficient and faster delivery of your goods.
For International orders please allow 7 to 10 days for delivery.
