Returns & Refunds

>We want to ensure you are totally satisfied when shopping with us, so if you change your mind for any reason, you are able to send an item that is unworn, still has its tags intact and in a resalable condition to us for Return, within 30 days of it being dispatched to you.

Holiday Returns (1 November to 31st December).

Extended holiday return period is offered till 31st January if ordered between the 1st November to the 31st December.

To arrange a return, please contact us and we will be more than happy to help you. All you need to tell us is which item you wish to return and the reason why.

You will need to pack the item securely and include a brief cover note stating:

  • Your order number
  • The item you would like to return
  • The reason for return
  • Whether you would like a refund or a replacement
Please ask for a "Proof of posting certificate" as we cannot be held responsible for goods that go missing whilst in transit.

In following circumstances we cannot exchange or refund your payment.
  • If the item has been worn
  • If the item has labels missing
  • If your returns period has expired

We will process your exchange or refund as soon as your item is received back into our warehouse.
