Returns & Refunds
You will need to pack the item securely and complete the returns form, which we can provide where necessary.
You must include: Your full name ● Your order number ● The item you would like to return ● The reason for return ● Whether you would like a refund or a replacement
We provide a pre-paid return label, which you need to affix to the parcel and post. Please ensure you retain proof of postage.

We want to ensure you are totally satisfied when shopping with us. So if you change your mind for any reason, you can return an item that is; unworn, still has its tags intact and is in a re saleable condition to us for return, within 30 days of it being dispatched to you.

We will only refund shipping costs if fault is ours (damaged, wrong item sent or not as described).
In the following circumstances we cannot exchange or refund your payment.
If the item has been worn
If the item has labels removed
If your returns period has expired
We will process your exchange or refund as soon as your item is received back into our warehouse.
